If you have selected PayPal as a payment option, you will be redirected to PayPal where you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account. After login, you can confirm the payment.
Paying via Amazon Pay
From now on, you can also pay with Amazon Pay. All you need is an Amazon account to pay conveniently for your products with your Amazon password.
You can pay for your subscription by card, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
- Log in to your customer account.
- After successful login, click "My means of payment" under "My account".
- Enter the data for your means of payment.
- Then click "Save means of payment".
- You can then select the services for which you want to use this means of payment. To do this, place the appropriate checkmarks and click "Save selection".
Note: For example, if you have received a new credit card and the card number has remained the same, you can enter the new "valid to" date and the new verification number. If, however, the card number has changed, you must create a new means of payment.
If your bank account has changed when paying by direct debit, you have to update the direct debit mandate.

If you want to use 3D-Secure, you must register for the procedure. There are two ways to do this:
- When paying via 3D-Secure, you can start the procedure and use it to register with the card-issuing bank.
- You register directly with the bank that issued your credit card.
Depending on the bank, you will be asked for different items of personal data for the registration, such as your address or birthday. Some banks send you a code beforehand, which you request when you register.
Authentication for subsequent online purchases can be done in various ways:
- Personal password
- TAN sent via SMS
- Smartphone app
The exact form of authentication depends on the credit institution issuing the credit card. For example, in the case of suspicious transactions, additional personal characteristics may be requested. This may include, for instance, the current address or other personal data.
To keep your FLEX service active, please pay the outstanding amount within 24 hours of the failed debit. If the retroactive payment is not made on time, the FLEX service is automatically deactivated. In this case, you must reactivate the FLEX service.
Here's how the retroactive payment works:
- Log in to your customer account and select ‘Services – FLEX services’ from the menu.
- You will find a list of all outstanding payments here. Go to the next step by clicking ‘Go to retroactive payment’.
- Make the retroactive payment with a valid means of payment – the retroactive payment will always be carried out for all outstanding amounts.
- PLEASE NOTE: If your currently saved means of payment has expired or is inactive, please select a different payment method. If your bank account has changed when paying by direct debit, you have to update the direct debit mandate.
- You can only process your saved means of payment – if necessary – after you have successfully made a retroactive payment.
If you do not pay the outstanding amount within 28 days, you will have to pay a substitute toll in the amount of 120 euros.
