Please note that withdrawal is only possible within 14 days after purchase. If you are a company, you do not have the right to withdraw from online purchases. Only consumers can cancel toll products that are not yet valid in their customer account:
- "Create new ASFINAG account" or click "Log in".
- Click "My account" and then "My products".
- Select the product to be modified.
- Under "Other services", you can cancel the product.
- In the event of a timely cancellation, all payments made will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice at the latest.
There is no provision for the return of individual section toll trips. The unused ticket is valid for one year and can be changed to a different licence plate number in the customer account in the ASFINAG toll shop.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase.
Please note that only consumers can make use of the right of withdrawal, and not persons in the exercise of a self-employed, business activity (companies).
Toll products already valid cannot be cancelled.
