The SelfCare portal is your personal access to the GO toll. It allows you to manage the GO toll for your own vehicle or your whole fleet independently online.

  • To access the SelfCare portal, you need an on-board unit (GO-Box, Toll Collect OBU) that has been approved for the GO toll system.
  • The receipts you receive at the GO point of sale when you pick up a GO-Box show the Personal Account Number (PAN) and the on-board unit number.
  • You can use the on-board unit number and PAN to request a user name and password for the SelfCare portal at any time.

If you don't see your motor vehicle or the license plate number for which you have a GO-Box in the SelfCare portal, it may be that you have assigned it to a different customer number.

Do you want to change this? Please provide us with the customer number to which the vehicle licence plate is currently assigned and the customer number to which the vehicle licence plate should be assigned. Please also send us a copy of the registration certificate for the vehicle licence plate in question. You will find your customer number on the documents you received from the GO point of sale.

Tip: Always provide your customer number at the GO point of sale when you pick up a new GO-Box. Or use the SelfCare portal to have a barcode sent to you (by email or text message) that the GO point of sale can scan. In both cases, your new GO-Box will then be automatically assigned to the correct customer number.
