Please send us your damage report via the contact form. The following documents are required:
- A claim letter with a precise description of the damage incident, including detailed information about the time and location of the damage (motorway/expressway, kilometer marker, before or after which exit, driving direction)
- An estimate of repair costs or a repair invoice
- A police report (immediate or timely accident report to the police)
- Photos of the damage
Once we have reviewed your damage report, the responsible damage representative will contact you.
If the damage to your vehicle occurred in a construction zone, either the responsible damage representative or the respective construction company will contact you.
If you caused the damage yourself – for example, to a guardrail, a traffic sign, or a toll barrier – please also use the contact form to report this damage to us.
