If the GO-Box is lost or stolen, you must block it immediately. Provide the license plate number, the GO-Box number and your PAN (Personal Account Number). You will find this on the vehicle declaration and on every point of sale receipt.
If you have access to the
SelfCare portal, you can disable the GO-Box by declaring it stolen in your vehicle list yourself.

You will have to pay reimbursement of costs for the affected GO-Box when a new GO-Box is issued for the same license plate number.
