You can only register with TOLL2GO via the SelfCare portal. There is a processing fee of EUR 5.00 for the initial registration of a license plate number. As soon as the service is active, we will inform you by e-mail and in the SelfCare portal.

Please note:

• The Toll Collect on-board unit must already be installed in the vehicle.
• Wait for written confirmation of your registration before driving on the road network subject to tolls in Austria.
• The toll will continue to be billed separately by both toll operators.

How to log in:

You already have access to the SelfCare portal:

• There is an Austrian GO-Box in the vehicle.
  First, log into the SelfCare Portal. Find the vehicle licence plate that you would like to register for TOLL2GO in the vehicle list. Click on the edit symbol and select “TOLL2GO” and then “Register for TOLL2GO”.
• There is no Austrian GO-Box in the vehicle.
  First, log into the SelfCare Portal. After logging in, select "Register on-board unit" and then "Register for TOLL2GO".

You do not have access to the SelfCare portal yet:

• There is an Austrian GO-Box in the vehicle.
  Now request your access data under "Registration". You will receive your access data for the SelfCare-Portal by email. Then, log into the SelfCare Portal. Find the vehicle licence plate that you would like to register for TOLL2GO in the vehicle list. Click on the edit symbol and select "TOLL2GO" and then "Register for TOLL2GO".
• There is no Austrian GO-Box in the vehicle.
  Next, go to the SelfCare Portal. Now click on "Register for TOLL2GO". You will receive your access data for the SelfCare Portal once you have completed the TOLL2GO registration.

Rate characteristic requiring evidence: If you have not submitted evidence of the rate-relevant characteristics in advance, you can only select CO₂ emission class 1 and EURO emission classes I, II and III when registering for the first time. If you are entitled to a more favourable rate, please send us the necessary evidence. After confirmation, the automatic update takes place contactlessly via GPS. Cheaper rates only apply after successful confirmation.

Important notes:

• You do not have a GO-Box: You are not allowed to drive on the road network in Austria until you receive the activation notification. Please obtain a GO-Box before activation.
• You already have a GO-Box: You can continue to use it until you receive the activation notification. After successful activation, the GO-Box will be automatically disabled to prevent double bookings. Return the GO-Box to a GO point of sale (do not return it by post!).

You can deregister from TOLL2GO via the vehicle list in the SelfCare portal.

You will be informed of the successful TOLL2GO deregistration in the SelfCare portal and by email.

The Toll Collect on-board unit will be disabled for toll collection in Austria after deregistration. Until final deactivation, the on-board unit will emit 4 short beeps at each toll gantry. Until deactivation, you can retroactively pay any unpaid tolls at GO points of sale.

Once the on-board unit has been deactivated by TOLL2GO, you will no longer be able to use the toll road network in Austria without the GO-Box or another on-board unit. Obtain the GO-Box or use another approved on-board unit if you wish to continue driving on the toll road network in Austria.
