All questions - Reimbursement of costs for the GO-Box

The GO-Box is a loan unit and must be returned when you no longer need it.

If the GO-Box is not returned or is lost, you will have to pay reimbursement of costs. Only then can a new GO-Box be issued for the same licence plate number.

The reimbursement of costs can only be made in the following cases:

  • It is a rental vehicle:
We require a copy of the rental contract, copy of the point of sale receipt.
  • You have purchased a used vehicle:
Copy of the purchase contract/leasing contract, copy of the point of sale receipt
  • You were accidentally charged a reimbursement of costs at the point of sale:
Copy of the point of sale receipt

The amount will be refunded to the means of payment used. If you paid in cash or by Maestro, please provide the bank details (account holder's name, IBAN, BIC).
