You can only change the vehicle licence plate and country of registration at a GO point of sale. To do this, present your registration certificate and the GO-Box.
You do not need to visit a GO point of sale to change the CO₂ emission class, EURO emission class and vehicle type. Whenever you make a change, send us the necessary documents to provide evidence of the rate-relevant characteristics (CO₂ emission class, EURO emission class, vehicle type). Once the evidence has been verified, the rate-relevant characteristics will be stored in the GO toll system for your vehicle.
You will be issued with a new vehicle declaration after each change to the vehicle data. Please check the data on the vehicle declaration immediately and have any incorrect information corrected on site.
You can download the current vehicle declaration at any time in the SelfCare portal or by submitting a query (identification with personal account number (PAN) and on-board unit identification number (OBU ID)).
You can request changes to your customer details in writing. To do this, enclose a copy of the registration certificate for any vehicle assigned to your customer number. You can also use the Change customer details form for this purpose.
It is not possible to change your customer details at a GO point of sale.
You can change the means of payment for the postpaid method directly in the SelfCare portal. You can also change your means of payment at any GO point of sale or request the change in writing. The best way to do this is to use the Change billing details form.
If you want to settle your GO tolls directly via GO Direkt, the ASFINAG payment service, register online for GO Direkt (Register for GO Direkt now).
A list of accepted means of payment can be found in Appendix 2 of the Tolling Regulations.
You can switch from prepaid to postpaid directly at the GO point of sale.
You can also register your GO-Box for the postpaid method with us. To do so, use the Change billing details form. Please note: Once your registration has been confirmed, you must visit a GO point of sale to switch to postpaid. The only advantage of this option is that you do not have to present your means of payment at the GO point of sale.
